These are our favourites. I peeped at a cook a long time ago. I drew attention to them: there is a carrot, this is unusual for sandwiches. But fell in love with them. Whoever tries it always walks away with the recipe.
Between the pieces of toast bread, I put strips of cheese around the edges so that when it melts, it holds the bread together. In the middle, boiled-smoked pork, a slice of tomato and quail eggs sprinkled with sea salt and spices on top. I baked it on paper (the cheese leaks a little, so I don’t advise it without paper) at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. It turned out very tasty, my husband crunched 2 sandwiches at once and demanded more!
I boiled 2 eggs, grated them on a fine grater + cheese and garlic on a grater as well + cut the tomato finely, a little mayonnaise, mixed it and spread it on regular corn bread. I like smaller bread, more toppings.
And put it in the microwave for a minute, the cheese melted. Great with a cup of carob!
Cheese, tomato, servelat and meat in a small cube, a couple of eggs, salt, pepper to taste, mixed - and into bread. In a frying pan with a little oil or just on a non-stick pan, fry on 2 sides.
I have been making them for many years ... The children have grown up, but they still ask: Mom, make sandwiches, as in childhood. "I think that soon the grandchildren will ask for this.
Cut a loaf (preferably sliced) and spread each piece with a thin layer of butter. Apple in circles, top with a thin layer of mayonnaise. The last layer is cheese. Sprinkle generously with cheese, do not regret. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown. The smell and taste are amazing. Try it, kids love it!
