  • Tomato - 1 loaf size (I have less)

Dip 2 slices of bread completely into the egg and place on a baking sheet.
I laid it out on baking paper, but then they didn’t lag behind well. Best of all - on a silicone mat.
On one slice I put a slice of tomato and on top of a slice of cheese (cheese can be grated), on the other - only cheese.
I also dipped the remaining two slices of bread in the egg and placed them on top of the sandwich.
