  1. Melt the butter in the microwave and set aside.
  2. Cut the tomatoes lengthwise, cover the bread in small pieces on a plate so that it takes up about 1/8 of the volume of the future quiche.

  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  2. Break 2 eggs into a bowl large enough so that they are no more than a quarter of their volume. Add a pinch of salt, chopped green onions and stir the whites and yolks thoroughly with a fork or blender. Microwave the bowl of eggs for 30 seconds.
  3. Reduce the power a little, stir the almost finished eggs and put on again for half a minute. The scrambled eggs are ready! You can put it on a plate, add strips of bacon and sit down to the table. Great English breakfast - hearty and delicious!

Pepper stuffed with egg

Ingredients

  • bell pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • some milk
  • tomato and green onion optional
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Take a pepper so that it can stand on its top. Carefully cut the ponytail with the seeds and place in the microwave (low power) for 2-3 minutes.
  2. While it's warming up, break two eggs into a mug, pour in milk, add grated cheese and finely chopped vegetable dressing (optional). Salt and pepper, stir with a fork and pour this mixture into hot pepper.
  3. Increase the power slightly and bake for another 3 minutes. Stuffed tomatoes can be cooked in the same way. Only they must be large enough and firm enough. The dish is very simple to prepare, and most importantly, healthy and tasty!
