Preparation:

Barbecue marinades are somewhat different from kebab marinades. You can marinate meat for several hours, like regular kebab... BBQ tomato marinade "Piedmont"

Ingredients:
1 ½ stack apple cider vinegar
½ stack. ketchup,
½ stack. water,
1 tbsp Sahara,
1 tsp salt,
¼ tsp flakes of red jalapeno peppers.

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and place the mixture in an airtight container. Refrigerate for a few days to mix the flavors. Shake well before use.

Pork marinade

Ingredients:
1 ½ stack apple cider vinegar
1/2 stack. hot water,
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika,

1 tsp salt,
1 tsp ground red pepper.

Preparation:
Dissolve sugar in hot water, mix with the rest of the ingredients. Marinate the pork cuts as usual.

Marinade for chicken

Ingredients:
2 stacks table vinegar
1 stack rast. oils,
1 egg,
3 tbsp salt,
1 tbsp seasonings for poultry,
black ground pepper- taste.

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients with a blender until smooth. Marinate the bird for 1 to 2 hours. You can leave it overnight.

Pork marinade "Tap Hill"

Ingredients:

1 liter apple cider vinegar
100 g melted butter
1 onion
⅓ stack. tomato paste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper.

Preparation:

Squeeze the garlic through a press, cut the onion into small cubes. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, place on low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. this sauce can be used as a marinade and as a sauce for cooked meat.

Apple barbecue marinade

Ingredients:
1 ¼ stack. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp ground black pepper,
2 ½ tsp salt,
1 ½ tsp Sahara,
4 tsp ground chili,
1 tsp dry mustard,
1 tsp paprika,
½ tsp ground cumin.

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and simmer until all spices are dissolved. Cool and use as a marinade for any meat.

Mustard-tomato marinade for pork

Ingredients:
1 ½ stack apple cider vinegar
½ stack. ketchup,
2 tbsp ready-made mustard,
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground black pepper,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp ground red pepper.

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and use warm, pouring over chunks while cooking.

Spicy BBQ Marinade

Ingredients:
1 ½ stack Sahara,
½ stack. rast. oils,
1 liter table vinegar
2 tbsp ground black pepper,
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp salt,
2 tbsp dry mustard,
2 tbsp ground chili,
2 tbsp hot ketchup.

Preparation:
Bring the vinegar to a boil, add dry ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool, add ketchup. Season the ribs with marinade as they cook over the fire, or marinate the chicken. This is a pretty hot marinade.
