Thoroughly wash the dill branches, shake off excess moisture from them, and then cut them arbitrarily, but preferably not too finely. And we send the greens to the marinade.

Pour the same marinade to the brim, cover, but DO NOT tighten the lids and sterilize each jar again for 10 minutes. The sample can be removed within a few days. - pickled cucumber fruit - 3 kg.,
- fresh garlic - 250 gr.,
- turnip onions - 250 gr.,
- granulated sugar - 250 gr.,

  3. You need to be careful with dill. For the preparation of this recipe, only green blooms are taken. Otherwise, you will move away from the technology and the result will be somewhat different, since, by and large, the salad recipe changes.
  4. The dill, after finely chopping, must be added to the cucumbers and garlic. After that, mix the workpiece and add the rest of the recipe components.
  5. Mix all these ingredients well, leaving to brew for several hours. 3-4 hours will be enough. If the cucumbers do not differ in abundant juice production, then you can make a preparation for the night and leave it until morning. It is advisable to mix everything every 40 minutes so that the ingredients are properly saturated with juice and spices.
  6. You can understand that the mixture is ready for further cooking by the color of the cucumbers, which should change. Only then can it be placed in jars.
  7. Banks do not need to be sterilized - the usual thorough rinsing is enough. After that, you can lay out the salad in the vessels and then sterilize them for the specified time: 0.5l cans - 15 minutes, 0.7l - 20 minutes, etc.
