How to make a salad "Tenderness"

We wash the white cabbage, remove the withered and spoiled leaves. Grind the cabbage into thin strips on a shredder or with a knife.


Grind the smoked sausage in circles and then grind it into strips.


Peel the garlic, rinse and crush in a garlic or three on a grater. Add garlic to mayonnaise. Mix the dressing.

Hello everybody! Today I will prepare a delicious spring salad.

For this I will take a minimal set of products:

  • salami sausage 150 gr;
  • 2-3 eggs;
  • fresh tomato 2 pcs;
  • hard cheese 100g;
  • greens for decoration;
  • 3 tbsp canned corn;
  • homemade quail egg mayonnaise or sauce.

I cook homemade mayonnaise myself, instead of chicken eggs in the sauce, I add quail. Sour cream-based sauce is a great alternative to replacing mayonnaise. It will turn out to be a delicious dressing and will fit perfectly with my today's salad. We will also prepare croutons or croutons for the salad.

So, the cooking technology is as follows:

I will chop the sausage, tomato and eggs. I'll rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Sometimes I put corn or green peas in this salad. The sausage can be replaced with ham. As a rule, I prepare this salad from the products that are in the refrigerator. It turns out quickly, simply, especially when the guests have already arrived, and there is not much time to prepare complex dishes.

I cut the sausage into thin strips.

I want to note that when starting to cut a tomato, peel it of the pulp. Otherwise, your salad will float.

I will put all the chopped ingredients in a deep plate so that it is convenient to mix.

After that, I grate the cheese.

And I add it to a common deep bowl. I either cut the egg into strips or pass it through a metal mesh.

I add 2-3 tbsp. canned corn

and season with mayonnaise.

In a salad 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise will be enough. After that, I mix the salad well. Taste the salad, I add a mixture of black pepper as a seasoning and lightly add salt. If the cheese and sausage are salty, then do not add salt to the salad.

To add color, I cut some dill into a salad. It adds flavor and makes the salad even tastier. Who does not like greens, you can not add it, in any case, the salad turns out to be tender and tasty!

And I still decided to tell you how I make croutons. To do this, I take two pieces of a white loaf, remove the edges and cut it into long strips.

Add 1 tsp sunflower oil to a well-heated pan. and a clove of garlic, cut in half. I put it with the cut side in butter. After the garlic warms up a little and separates the juice into the oil, evenly grease the entire pan with hot oil with a spatula.

Salt a little and stir constantly, so the croutons will not burn. I remove the garlic. I fry the bread until golden brown and sprinkle with lemon juice at the end.

A small note: to get the loaf with a golden hue, add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. I put the croutons on the salad before serving on the festive table. If you mix them with the salad earlier, they will soften and not be crispy.
