Sometimes you really want to please yourself and your friends with something unusual, but very tasty, for example, a pie with meat in a slow cooker. This is a hearty and incredibly mouth-watering dish that's pretty easy to prepare. This cake is perfect for breakfast and dinner, it goes well with juices and hot tea. A feature of such a cake is the set of ingredients that can be found in every home, and the ease of preparation, which does not require special skills.
You can take any minced meat: homemade (mixed), pork, beef. Chicken is also fine, but in this case, you will already get a poultry pie. For a richer pie flavor, it is best to make a mixture of minced meat: medium-fat pork and lean beef. You can also make a diet version of the pie using minced rabbit or turkey. Mixing minced poultry and meat will allow you to both diversify a familiar recipe and make the pie less fatty and less high-calorie.
This method of making a pie allows you to experiment a little if you are tired of the same taste. You can add aromatic herbs and spices, such as cumin, suneli hops, marjoram, Provencal herbs, or any ready-made meat mix. You can also add a little ground nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts), dried fruits (prunes, raisins) and herbs, including dried herbs (basil, dill, parsley) to the minced meat.
1 Peel off the top layers of onions, finely chop and mix with minced meat, salt and pepper. At the same time, minced meat should be either fresh or thawed. In the second case, it is necessary to leave the minced meat for several hours, then drain all excess water.
2 Pour a spoonful of vegetable or olive oil into the pan, spread the minced meat mixture with onions and lightly fry. Minced meat can also be used raw - it bakes well. However, when fried, it gives the cake a richer and brighter flavor.
3 Melt the butter in a slow cooker or microwave. To do this, put the oil in a small bowl, put it in an oven or multicooker and turn it on to warm up for 3-5 minutes (in a multicooker, you can enable the “Frying” or “Heating” functions). The butter can be substituted with plain or fat-free margarine.
4 Pour the oil into a deeper container, add milk, salt and yeast and mix thoroughly. Instead of milk, you can take ordinary boiled water, but in this case, the dough will turn out to be denser and heavier.
5 Gradually introduce flour into the resulting mixture, stirring constantly so that no lumps form. It is best to stir the dough by hand with a spoon or whisk. The finished dough should not be very dense. To prevent the dough from sticking, you can grease your hands with butter or flour.
6 Roll the dough into a ball, carefully transfer to a bowl. Cover with cling film or a towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
7 After the dough is completely settled, remove it from the bowl and divide it into two parts in a 1: 3 ratio. We roll out both parts with a rolling pin so that we get circles - one larger, the other smaller.
8 Grease the multicooker cooking container with butter along the bottom and edges.
9 We spread a large circle of dough on the bottom of the multicooker, leaving the sides about 4 cm high.
10 Put the fried minced meat on top of the dough, carefully leveling it with a false one.
11 Put a small circle of dough on the filling and pinch along the edge, connecting the sides of the bottom layer of the dough with the resulting "lid".
12 Place the bowl in the multicooker, turn on the "Keeping warm" (in some models called "Heating") for 3 minutes. We leave the cake to rise for half an hour.
13 After the cake is warm, turn on the "Pastry" for 50 minutes. As soon as the multicooker turns off, open the lid and turn the cake over to the other side.
14 We turn on the "Baking" mode again for 20 minutes. After that, the cake is completely ready.
Meat pie can be eaten hot or completely cooled. Decorate it with low-fat sour cream and finely chopped parsley.
Meat pie is very easy to prepare, even more so when prepared foods are taken. Layers in a multicooker: a layer of dough (any to taste), a layer of fried potatoes and onions, a layer of fried meat with spices, the final layer of thin dough. However, such a cake turns out to be less rich and aromatic. On the other hand, novice cooks will like the fact that there is no danger of the filling drying out, salting or undercooking.
1 Wash the meat, wipe it with a towel to remove excess moisture. Cut into small cubes (1.5 by 1.5 cm).
2 Peel the potatoes and onions, cut them into pieces of medium size: onions - in half rings, potatoes - in wedges or slices.
3 Mix onion, meat and potatoes. Add salt, pepper, spices to taste and pounded bay leaf. Stir thoroughly again, trying to avoid excessive release of liquid. If one appears, then it must be drained.
4 The bowl of the multicooker is completely greased with oil from the inside.
5 Put 2/3 of the dough in the bowl, trying to level it and shape the container.
6 Put a mixture of potatoes, meat and onions on the dough, spreading evenly inside the multicooker.
7 Roll out the remaining third of the dough with a rolling pin, pierce it with a fork in many places. This is to prevent the dough from rising when hot air starts to rise up during cooking.
8 Cover the filling with the rolled dough. We pinch the edges, connecting the bottom layer of the dough with the top one.
9 Close the lid of the multicooker, open the steam valve. We turn on the "Baking" for 80 minutes. As soon as the multicooker turns off, open the lid and leave the cake to cool for a few minutes.
The finished pie can be eaten both cold and hot, garnished with sour cream, mayonnaise or herbs.
1 Pour wheat flour of the highest grade into a deep container. Add salt, mix and make a notch in the middle of the mixture.
2 Pour the whey into the resulting depression. Mix everything thoroughly to get an elastic tight dough.
3 Cover the mixture with a towel and kill for half an hour in a warm place.
4 Rinse the meat and grind it with a blender or meat grinder. You can also take ready-made minced meat, as long as it is not too greasy and watery.
5 Peel and chop the onion and garlic. The best way to push the garlic is through a garlic press, which will extract more juice.
6 Add onion, salt, pepper and garlic to the meat. Mix slightly. Add broth, stir with hands for a few minutes.
7 Divide the dough into 2 parts (1 to 3). Roll both parts into circles the size of the multicooker. The larger circle should be slightly larger than the bowl.
8 Coat the cooking bowl with oil. We put a large circle of dough on the bottom, making small sides.
9 Put the filling in the center of the dough, spreading it out with a spoon.
10 Cover the filling with a small circle of dough on top. We fix the edges by connecting the bottom and top layers of the dough.
11 On top we make several punctures with a fork so that the steam can escape and do not raise the dough.
12 We set the multicooker for half an hour in the "Baking" mode. As soon as the signal rings, the cake is ready.
The finished cake can be greased with sour cream, butter or garnished with herbs.
During cooking, if desired, you can add fresh greens to the minced meat. Any of your tastes will do: parsley, basil, dill, or green onions.
1 Wash the white cabbage, remove excess water with a towel. Shred and crush with our hands in a deep bowl
2 Peel and chop the onion as desired - into cubes or half rings.
3 Pour the sunflower oil into the pan, put the minced meat and onions. Fry until the onion is deep golden brown. You can also make minced meat yourself using a blender, food processor, or meat grinder.
4 Add the finished minced meat to the bowl to the cabbage, mix thoroughly.
5 We soften the oil in the microwave or multicooker. To do this, put the required amount of oil in a small container and set it to warm up for 3 minutes (turn on the "Heating" mode in the multicooker). Those on a diet can use low fat margarine.
6 Pour 1/5 flour, baking powder and salt into a deep bowl. Add butter to them and beat everything thoroughly with a whisk or spoon for several minutes.
7 Add lukewarm milk to the dough and mix again until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Warm the milk a little to avoid lumps in the dough.
8 Grease the multicooker bowl with butter (butter, vegetable or olive). We spread the dough evenly, creating small sides.
9 In a separate container, beat eggs, sour cream, remaining flour and salt until white foam appears.
10 Fill the resulting mixture with cabbage and meat, mix.
11 Put the filling in the bowl with the dough, spreading it out with a spoon. Pour cheese evenly on top, which must first be grated on a coarse grater.
12 Close the lid and set the multicooker for an hour in the "Baking" mode. After turning off, set the "Heating" for 20 minutes, so that the cake finally reaches.
The finished pie can be eaten with sour cream and herbs.
When serving the Tatar pie on the table, it must be turned over, since the peculiarity of the dish is a very thick top layer of dough and an almost transparent bottom layer through which baked potatoes and meat are visible. Due to this distribution of the dough, the filling is prepared faster, and the broth is better absorbed, practically without evaporation due to the heavy lid.
Yeast dough works well for Tatar pie. However, when cooking in a multicooker, you can also use puff, kefir and unleavened. Meat is also worth choosing, focusing on your own preferences. If you prefer a juicy pie, then go for pork or beef neck. For lovers of lighter dishes, veal and rabbit are perfect. This cake can even be made with poultry (chicken, duck and turkey) - delicious taste is guaranteed.
1 We wash the meat, remove the water and chop into small pieces.
2 Wash and peel the onions and potatoes. Chop the onion as small as possible. Cut the potatoes into slices or rings.
3 Put the onion, chopped meat in a separate bowl, break the egg and add kefir. Kefir can be replaced with sour cream or yogurt. Salt and pepper as desired. It is worth remembering that meat absorbs a lot of salt, so it is better to add a little more spices.
4 Thoroughly knead the entire contents of the bowl and leave in a cool place for at least an hour, preferably two.
5 Divide the finished dough into two parts (1 to 3). Roll out the smaller part in a thin layer, make a dense "lid" from most of the dough.
6 We coat the bowl of the multicooker with oil on the bottom. We put a small part of the rolled dough into it.
7 Put potatoes on top of the dough mixed with minced meat and cabbage.
8 Gently place the remaining dough onto the filling, clamping the edges of both layers.
9 In the top layer of the dough, pierce a few holes with a knife or fork to release steam. We make one hole in the middle more. Pour half of the broth there.
10 Close the multicooker and set the "Baking" mode for half an hour. As soon as the multicooker shuts down, open it and add the rest of the broth to the large hole in the dough.
11 Close again and put the Pastry on for another half hour. As soon as the multicooker turns off, leave the cake to cool slightly.
Tatar pie is best eaten hot, adding a little sour cream or herbs.

In ancient times, not a single holiday was held without pies, and today we continue this tradition, preparing pies for holidays and other significant family events. Meat pie recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. And our grandmothers knew all the secrets of cooking this dish. Pies were baked in wood-burning ovens. But today we do not have to heat the oven, or even light the oven, in order to please our loved ones with a delicious meat pie. All this is very easy for us and will simply replace just one household appliance - a multicooker. Cooking meat in it has become a very simple task that even a novice housewife will master. You can make a potato pie or ham pie in a slow cooker.
Ingredients:
For filling:
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dough and knead into the tough dough. Let the resulting dough brew under the film for 30 minutes. This is necessary for the yeast to start working and the dough to come up a little. Peel and finely chop the onion. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped onion, minced meat, salt, spices and 2 tablespoons of water until smooth. After the dough has risen, divide it into two parts, one of which will be approximately 70% of the total dough, and the other 30%. Grease the bottom of the multicooker with oil and line more than half of the dough on it, and smooth it out properly. Put the resulting minced meat on the dough and cover with the second half of the dough on top, pressing the edges of the two halves together and pinching them properly so that they do not come apart. Optionally, you can make a small pattern around the edges of the dough. Switch the multicooker to baking mode and cook the cake for one hour. After an hour has passed, you need to take out the cake and turn it over so that the top is also baked properly. The pie can be served both hot and cold.

For many housewives today, the multicooker is the right hand in the kitchen. With the help of it, they prepare first, second courses and even bake incomparable pies using the "Baking" function.
True, not all multi-cookers fry the top crust, but many have adapted to carefully remove the culinary product from the pan, then turn it over and put it back to fry for a few minutes. A pie in a slow cooker turns out even better than in an oven. A yeast dough pie is prepared with cooked filling that has undergone heat treatment.
For filling:
Yeast is diluted with salt and sugar in warm milk, stirred until the products are dissolved.Add a little flour until a batter is obtained, stir, and then let the yeast work for half an hour.
Then an egg with melted butter is added to the dough, and then mixed, gradually pouring the rest of the flour.

Then spread the filling of mashed potatoes,
minced meat filling on top,
Lay out a layer of mashed potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with a second rolled sheet, connect the edges, smearing with an egg.
The product is allowed to rise again, after which the function is set: “Baking” and baked until tender.
If necessary, to obtain a golden brown crust, turn the cake in a saucepan and bake for another 3 minutes.
Today on the agenda is a very hearty and delicious meat pie in a Redmond slow cooker. We will also prepare the dough ourselves - although you can buy frozen puff, for example, especially when there is little time to prepare.
In general, such a dish can be used for lunch and dinner, then put it in the refrigerator and the next day it will retain its taste, some even like to eat it cold.
Minced meat can also be bought or cooked at home - which is much safer. Then fry it with onions or put it raw, it will be baked anyway. The meat is pork, beef, any other, for example, poultry - not desirable, but if you really want to, then go for it =). In addition to onions, you can add twisted raw potatoes, a slice of bread, tomato paste and your favorite spices.
Cooking time: 2 hours Servings: 6
First you need to melt the butter until it becomes runny.
The easiest way to do this is using a water, steam bath, or in a microwave oven (just put a saucer of oil there for 2 minutes)
Whole cow's milk must be mixed with melted butter. The fat content of milk does not really matter
We take a deep dish (a bowl or a saucepan), and in it we combine wheat flour (premium), 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of dry instant yeast, and one pinch of sugar
Now mix flour with milk and butter. Everything needs to be mixed thoroughly, the dough turns out to be quite "liquid", for the tenderness of the structure, if you need a dense and tight consistency, then add more flour until you get the desired result
We cover it with a towel, put it in a warm place, and wait until it "comes up". On average, it takes 40 minutes
Minced meat can be taken ready-made, or you can make it yourself, this is a very simple and quick procedure.
To do this, take a piece of meat pulp, cut it into pieces, peel a medium turnip onion, cut it into 4 parts
Cooking minced meat and onions. This can be done with a meat grinder or with a food processor.
We bring the minced meat to readiness. We break a raw chicken egg into it, salt (0.5 teaspoon of salt) and pepper. Mix with a large spoon, or with your hands
I will bake the meat pie in the Redmond slow cooker.
To do this, first we grease the bottom of its bowl and walls with vegetable oil. We check the dough - if it has risen, then we crush it.
Separate two thirds, roll this part into a thick cake. The diameter should slightly exceed the dimensions of the bottom of the multicooker, that is, the edges should go over the walls of the bowl. It is about 18-20 centimeters.
Carefully lay out the rolled dough cake on the bottom of the multicooker bowl.
The edges of the cake should ideally rise 1-1.5 centimeters above the bottom.
We start our future pie with minced meat around the entire perimeter, and at the end we level it with a spoon
We still have the dough left, we roll it into the same cake, only it turns out to be thinner.
We cover the filling with it, pinch the edges of the future pie.
We set the Baking mode for 1 hour
And now, after 20 minutes, we take out a ruddy meat pie from the multicooker.
We wait until it cools down a little, and serve it to the table.
You can't imagine better for dinner than a slice of juicy, delicious pie and a cup of hot milk or tea for dinner.
