Preparing the dressing. Mix mustard powder, vinegar, oil, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a small tall bowl until an emulsion is obtained. Season the salad, add the croutons, mix again and serve immediately.

Advice: if you are absolutely, completely and categorically against any sausage products in the form in which they are offered by standard supermarkets, and it is not yet possible to make a homemade "Moscow" one, try replacing this component with smoked meat.

Croutons and corn salad
