  • broccoli 80 grams
  • smoked brisket 60 grams
  • green pea 50 grams

  • dry vermouth 40 grams
  • vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon

    Put the kettle on the fire and boil the water.
    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Smoked brisket cut into strips and send to the pan to fry.

    Chop a clove of garlic and send it to the brisket. This recipe used garlic in oil, which is why it has such a translucent appearance. Vegetable oil, in which garlic was located, is perfect for making pasta or salads.

    When the brisket begins to brown, add the broccoli and green peas to the pan. If you are using frozen vegetables, you do not need to defrost them first.

    Pour the vermouth into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes.

    Then add risoni pasta to the pan.

    Pour in 180 ml of boiling water.

    Cook the dish until the pasta absorbs the water. At the same time, it will increase in size and become soft.
    Meanwhile, grate the smoked cheese on a fine grater.

    At the very end of cooking, add the cheese to the pasta and mix.

  1. boil 2 liters of water
  2. add about 20 g of salt
  3. drop the pasta into boiling water
  4. cook until cooked, constantly try

  • We put the water for the pasta to boil, and in the meantime we clean the mushrooms, chop the lettuce peppers, baked meat, tomatoes and grate the cheese.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms and lettuce in it.
  • Boil the orzo pasta until tender, immediately drain the water, leaving just a little so that the pasta does not stick together.
  • Add flour to mushrooms and peppers, mix well, add chopped garlic and pour hot milk in a thin stream.
  • Add the grated cheese, basil, rosemary, salt and pepper to the simmering sauce.
  • Add meat, sun-dried tomatoes and pasta, mix well, cook for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
