  2. Beat eggs with the remaining sugar, vanilla and salt, pour in the melted chilled butter.
  3. Combine both masses in one bowl and add the sifted flour.
  4. Stir the dough first with a spatula and then with your hands, placing it on a table or board, until it becomes firm and elastic.
  5. Transfer the dough to any wide dish, cover with a napkin and send to a warm place.
  6. After an hour and a half, when the mass has increased in volume by about three times, put it back on the table and cut into portions.

And now we form buns with sugar. For this:

  1. Knead a piece of dough with your fingers and give it a round shape.
  2. Grease the surface of the cake with butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  3. Roll up the roll, and in turn roll it along the length in the form of a snail (as in the photo).

  4. Knead soft dough which should stick slightly to your hands.
  5. Transfer the sausage dough back to the pot, cover it with a towel and do not disturb for 2 hours. You only need to knead the dough a couple of times to release the bubbles of carbon dioxide that are released during fermentation of the yeast.

Now shape the baked goods:

  1. Lubricate your hands and table surface with vegetable oil.
  2. Divide the dough into balls the size of a chicken egg.
  3. Mash each piece into a cake and wrap the sausage with it, pinching the edges tightly.
  4. You should have 15 oblong pies (see photo), which can be immediately fried in hot (but not hot!) Oil until golden brown.
  5. Once the delicious pastries are ready on both sides, place them on a paper towel lined plate.

The remaining fat will be absorbed into the paper and the sausages will not be as high in calories.
