  • table salt - 1 tablespoon;

Rinse the bean pods, drain the water and cut off both ends, removing the longitudinal fibrous thread, if any. Cut the prepared beans into 3-4 centimeter sticks and, lowering them into the same water where the tomatoes were scalded, boil it for five minutes. After this time, drain the water.
