Preparation:

Grind the peeled garlic cloves with salt. Chop the parsley. Mix vinegar, water and vegetable oil, season with salt.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on a flat dish. Put the salted garlic mass on the chopped vegetables, sprinkle with chopped parsley on top and pour thickly with the dressing.

I usually make this salad with lightly salted feta cheese from cow's milk, but if you like salted sheep cheese, you can safely add it to your salad. This cheese goes well with fresh tomatoes.




4. Now let's prepare a garlic dressing for our salad with feta cheese and tomatoes, it is she who will give the dish an excellent taste and aroma. Grind the multi-colored peppercorns in a mortar, if you don't have a mixture of peppers, use regular black pepper.
