  3. Add sifted flour, baking powder and 3 teaspoons of cocoa. After mixing everything gently, beat the dough with a blender or mixer.
  4. Lubricate the bottom of the pan with butter and pour the dough into it. We set the "baking" mode for 50 minutes + 20 minutes.
  5. Preparing the cream. For this you need to melt butter(100g) and mix it with condensed milk and 3 teaspoons of cocoa.
  6. For the glaze, mix in a small saucepan sour cream (4 tablespoons), cocoa (4 tablespoons) and sugar (3 tablespoons) and cook until thickened. Add butter (100g). When the oil is completely dissolved, remove the pan from the heat. The glaze is ready.

  5. Combine flour sifted through a sieve with baking powder or soda, then mix with egg-chocolate mass.
  6. Beat the biscuit dough. When using a mixer, its power should be minimal.
  7. Grease the multicooker form with butter (butter). Pour the dough into a container, which should be thin. Set the "Baking" mode. The cake will take 80 minutes to cook.

Stages of cream preparation:

  1. Shortly before cooking, we take out the butter from the refrigerator. We introduce into it the required amount of powdered sugar. Note that condensed milk is sweet enough. Beat the mass until the powder is completely dissolved.
  2. When the powdered sugar dissolves, add a couple of tablespoons of cocoa while continuing to beat the cream.
  3. The final stage is the addition of condensed milk. Beat the cream for another 5 minutes, and send it to the refrigerator to harden.

Cut the finished one into two equal pieces. With the help of a tablespoon, apply orange impregnation to the cooled cakes. To make the cakes soaked well, put them in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

At the end of the time, we take out the biscuit cakes from the refrigerator, and generously coat them with the prepared cream. While the cakes are soaked in the mass, let's start preparing the glaze.

Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a deep bowl. We put the dishes on water bath... While the delicacy is melting, set butter and add the milk ingredient. When the mixture is smooth, add the cream and the required amount of powdered sugar. The glaze is ready!

This time a variation of the "Prague" cake was prepared in a slow cooker! IN home cooking it is easier for many to cope not with cooking, but with a simple combination and mixing of ingredients. This I mean very, very delicious cream from condensed milk, butter and chocolate. A simple commercial shortbread chocolate chip cookie came in handy for sprinkling the sides of the cake.

To prepare the Prague cake in a slow cooker, prepare the ingredients according to the list for the recipe. The list is long step by step photos a huge amount ... The cake really turned out to be so tasty that I am happy to share this recipe!

For the test, divide the eggs into whites and yolks.

Mash and beat the yolks with half the sugar until the bulk and whitening are added.

First beat the whites with a pinch of salt, and then add the remaining sugar in portions, without ceasing to beat. The mass should significantly increase in volume and thicken.

Combine and toss whipped egg yolks with sifted flour and cocoa.

Then carefully introduce the resulting mass into the proteins and mix very gently so that the proteins do not settle. Do not whisk! Finally, add melted butter, cooled to room temperature, into the dough along the edge of the bowl and gently stir in.

Set the baking mode for 1 hour and do not open the multicooker during baking. After the beep, open the lid, allow the biscuit to cool slightly and then remove it.

It is very advisable to let the biscuit sit for several hours, for example overnight.

For impregnation, boil the syrup from water and sugar, i.e. bring to a boil, cook for a couple of minutes, remove from heat and pour in cognac or rum.

For the cream, you must first melt the chocolate, then combine it with butter at room temperature and beat.

Then in chocolate butter add condensed milk, also at room temperature, and whisk everything together.

Grind the chocolate chip cookies to sprinkle on the cake.

For chocolate glaze you need to heat butter together with chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave (cyclically: 30 seconds a couple of times at MAX or for 1.5-2 minutes at medium power), and then stir until smooth.

To cut a biscuit into three pieces, you need a sharp knife and strong thread. First, mark the cakes of equal height with a knife. Then cut in a circle, deepening the knife 1.5-2 cm.Place the thread first in the upper slot obtained, cross the ends and pull them. The thread will cut through the sponge cake evenly.

Repeat these steps for the next workpiece.

Assemble the cake base.

Dip each cake into a third of a sweet syrup, for example, poured into a dish.

Connect the cakes, smearing with cream. More precisely, add a little less than half of the cream between the first and second and second and third layers.

Cover the top and sides of the cake with jam.
