  2. Rub a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater and transfer to a suitable dish.
  3. We wash several branches of any greens (I have parsley), dry them and chop finely.

Preparation

1. Rinse eggs, break into a deep bowl. Whisk lightly with a fork or hand whisk (no mixer needed) until the eggs are smooth.

2. Pour milk over the eggs. Stir with the same whisk.

3. Add finely chopped greens. Add a little salt to taste and ground pepper... Stir.

4. Now you need a sheet of pita bread of any shape. You can make it at home or buy it. Line a skillet with high sides with this sheet. The edges should hang down. At the bottom of the pita, add half the butter.
