O Very often on Sunday mornings, I make a royal gingerbread for breakfast. The recipe is very simple, and it will take no more than an hour for a delicious and very healthy present to appear on your table royal dish... In advance, you need to take care only of the availability of fresh cottage cheese, from which the filling of the gingerbread is prepared. In the cooking process, you can show your imagination by adding lemon or orange zest to the filling, whichever taste you like best, take that fruit, or you can just limit yourself to vanilla.

E if there is fresh berry: strawberries, raspberries, currants, then it can also be added to the filling of the gingerbread. Freshly brewed coffee and fragrant gingerbread- what could be better on a Sunday morning!

Baking ingredients

In order for the honey-curd gingerbread to please the hostess with a truly royal taste and aroma, you need to worry about the necessary components of the dish in advance.

For the filling you will need:

  • curd mass - 500 grams;
  • granulated sugar - 100 grams;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • some vanilla sugar.

For the test you need to take:

  • wheat flour - 400 grams;
  • granulated sugar - 50 grams;
  • butter- 100 grams;
  • honey - a tablespoon;
  • soda - a quarter teaspoon.

These are just the main, basic ingredients of the royal gingerbread. According to your taste and imagination, you can add other components to the filling: lemon or orange zest, strawberry or raspberry berries (fresh or frozen).

The dish will not turn out really tasty and melt in your mouth if you take old curd. Fermented milk product must be fresh and crumbly.

But you can take any bee nectar - even candied, since it still has to be heated in a water bath. The variety of honey does not play a big role either, here a lot depends on your preference. However, the hostesses who have tried this royal rug are advised to add buckwheat or chestnut honey to the dough.

Royal gingerbread with cottage cheese: a step by step recipe

Baking is prepared quickly enough. If all the ingredients you need are in place, the entire process shouldn't take more than an hour. It cannot be said, of course, that cooking is completely trouble-free, however, all the efforts expended to obtain baked goods are more than compensated for by its taste.

Royal gingerbread with cottage cheese

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • flour - 320 g;
  • sugar - 1/2 tbsp.;
  • soda - 1/4 tsp;
  • honey - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • margarine - 100 g.

For filling:

  • cottage cheese - 400 g;
  • sugar to taste;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.

Preparation

Grind soft margarine with flour. Mix soda with warmed honey and pour into the dough. Add sugar to the mixture, knead everything. Ready dough wrap with foil and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Divide the rested dough into 2 halves, roll each one out.

Place one of the halves on a greased baking sheet. For the filling, combine with eggs and beat. Spread the filling over the base layer and cover with the second half of the dough. Lubricate with butter, or an egg and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Curd gingerbread

Ingredients:

  • flour - 160 g;
  • milk - 1/2 tbsp.;
  • cottage cheese - 450 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.;
  • baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp;
  • margarine - 125 g;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar. Melt margarine and add to the eggs. Add warm milk to the mixture. Sift flour with baking powder. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the prepared dough into it. We put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Cottage cheese and apple gingerbread

Ingredients:

  • sugar - 1 tbsp.;
  • honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • flour - 2 tbsp.;
  • cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • apples - 2-3 pcs.;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • nuts - 1 handful;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • cinnamon - a pinch.

Preparation

Dissolve sugar, cinnamon and honey in 200 ml of warm water. Sift flour separately with baking powder. Chop the nuts with a knife. We mix dry ingredients with water, add butter, nuts and cottage cheese. Knead the dough for the cut. We remove the core from the apples and cut into thin plates.

Pour the gingerbread dough into an oiled baking dish and lay the apples on top. We put the form in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

In order to make the gingerbread even more fragrant, in addition to cinnamon, you can add ground cloves to the dough, or even a little ginger, and besides nuts, you can season the dough with raisins, dried apricots and other dried fruits.

2 packs of butter or margarine

2.5-3 cups flour

10 g baking powder

0.5-1 stack. Sahara

For filling -

2 packs of cottage cheese

2-3 eggs

vanilla sugar(vanillin), cinnamon - optional

0.5 stack Sahara

Mix dry ingredients, it is desirable to sift flour. Grate the oil on a coarse grater, if possible - quickly, so that it does not melt by hand.

Pour the dry mixture into the grated oil shavings. DO NOT MIX! DO NOT HARM! In general - we are not making any effort! Gently, gently, pour, sift, as it were, flour through spread fingers, so that the chips are covered with flour, mix all the components. Here's what in the end should turn out -

Pour the resulting mixture into a prepared (greased with oil foil) baking sheet, or a mold, leaving a little (about 1 / 4-1 / 5 part). We level it neatly, raking a little more to the edges.

We mix the filling (by the way, this can be done, even better, at the very beginning, before rubbing the butter)

Put the finished filling on the dry mixture in a mold, gently level. Top with the remaining dry mixture.

The oven is preheated to 180-200 degrees, we reduce the temperature to 160-170 degrees. and put our gingerbread on baking, for 25-40 minutes (navigate by your oven) and by the appearance of the gingerbread. All this - preparation for baking - took me 16 minutes

The top of the crochet should not be dark in color, do not overdry! We take out the ready-made gingerbread, serve with tea or coffee and - enjoy!

You can, for a test, bake this gingerbread from a lower norm - take 1 pack of butter, a little less than 2 glasses of flour, 1 pack of cottage cheese, well, and, accordingly, reduce eggs and sugar too. Then bake in a small frying pan or in split form... On the taste it is not reflected, checked!
