What wine is made of on the Black Sea. Useful Tips

18.07.2020

Most young and not so women sleep and see how to get married. This thought occupies their minds, and there is nothing strange in dreaming what they want.

Unfortunately, such a vision means exactly the opposite - this is how the dream book interprets. An offer to marry from a guy with whom the girl has a relationship in real life, promises an early disagreement. And the more pompous the engagement in a dream was, the more serious it will be.

If a girl was dressed in a white dress, then in the morning she will wake up sick. And if there was also a diadem on the head, then health is in serious danger. By the way, this applies not only to the marriage proposal. Always seeing yourself in white means illness. But it is not all that bad.

A marriage proposal from a stranger

If such a statement was made by a stranger or his face was not visible, then this is the appearance of an influential patron - this is what the dream book says. The proposal to get married in this case means all kinds of benefits - both moral and material. Career advancement is also possible. But this has nothing to do with real marriage.

If a girl refused to marry in a dream, then an admirer will appear in reality, and not one. In case of consent, the opposite is true.

If in a dream a friend or any other girl is preparing for the wedding, then the real marriage will soon take place with the one who dreamed it.

For the faithful wedding ceremony, the coffin is dreaming, as the dream book interprets. The offer to get married in reality will be received as soon as possible. And this is not surprising. Dream and reality are, as it were, displayed in a crooked mirror. What is good in visions is bad in life. And if everything is bad in a dream, then in reality good luck will accompany.

Marriage proposal with ring and flowers

Waking up, you need to try to remember all the details: were there flowers, a ring or wine. Their presence and color are interpreted in different ways by the dream book. The proposal to get married, a ring with a stone means an accidental acquaintance. Again, depending on what color and size it is. Red symbolizes sadness, and the larger the stone, the more melancholy. Black and dark shades, on the contrary, fortunately. A diamond dreams of success in business, and a scattering of small diamonds - to tears. Blue, green stones mean stability and respectability, improved living standards. Yellow promises petty strife.

If in a dream they make an offer with a ring without a stone, then gold is interpreted as poverty, provided that consent is obtained. And a simple (iron, tin, copper) ring - to wealth.

If the box for the ring was also present in the dream, you need to remember what it was. Red velvet and rounded shapes mean honors and a very pleasant journey. Sharp edges and corners combined with white are a nuisance.

If the ring was accepted or put on a finger - to loss, if rejected - to unexpected money, as the dream book interprets. The proposal to marry may have been accompanied by flowers. Here, the designations are the same as for stones, with a few exceptions. White flowers mean sadness and red ones mean success. If you smelled their smell in a dream, this is a good change in life.

Proposal to get married with wine by the sea

Often champagne is present in dreams of this kind. Drinking wine in a dream is to be guilty in reality, as the dream book interprets. They made an offer to marry with light champagne, which means that something good will happen, but in the event that they only saw the wine, they did not drink it. Red wine speaks of future rash actions, which will have to be bitterly regretted.

If the marriage proposal was made on the seashore, you need to remember what the water was. A clean, transparent surface means everything good in life and in the soul. Muddy water - to gossip, with waves and wind - to obstacles.

How to interpret dreams

Sleep often reflects what a person is experiencing on a subconscious level. Therefore, one cannot unconditionally believe in everything that is seen. Perhaps a month ago in some TV series there was a sentimental scene with a marriage proposal. Or, on the way to work, I had to skip the wedding procession, and after some time my brain interpreted and pulled the picture to the surface.

If the hunt is sure to unravel such a dream, then you need to remember as many details as possible. It would seem that they are insignificant at first glance, but in fact they are very important. They will tell you what to expect in reality.

Why do people, coming to the Black Sea coast, buy wine on tap? There are many answers, but most likely the answer lies in the field of psychology: it is generally accepted that "real Kuban wine" should not be factory-made (that is, not bottled); that it should be produced by Someone Who makes better wines than the Kuban wineries, but He does not have the opportunity to pour His "divine" drink into glass bottles and therefore He offers either a plastic version or in general - in his container.

Another reason is that before buying a draft wine, you can pre-taste it and choose the one you like most. There are other reasons as well. But let's take a hard look at the situation with draft wine.

As a rule, wines on tap are sold in places of mass gatherings of tourists. Sellers can be private traders offering wine in 1.5 liter plastic bottles and / or small specialty liquor stores that stock 10-15 varieties or more. Let's look at the situation with private traders.

In total, they have several options for the origin of wine:

First, the squeezed juice is immediately poured into a separate container and wine is made from it "for yourself". For the "tourist" it is prepared as follows: water is poured into the first press and sugar is added. How much sugar is needed - someone from the family determines to their liking. After a while, fermentation begins, then everything is poured out and a "voryak" is obtained - more or less a grape drink. Then new water and sugar are added to the same cake - and a "tretiak" is produced using the same technology. That is, the grapes are used by 300%! In this case, there is no need to talk about any quality. The main thing is that the client does not get poisoned and is satisfied.

And to make him even more satisfied, add alcohol. This is how the home-grown "Cahors", "Madera", "Smile" and other fortified surrogates turn out. They are already very dangerous because no one controls the quality of the alcohol. All of it comes from Chechnya and Dagestan at a low price through smuggled channels.

Some particularly disgusting vendors insist on tobacco to make wine materials stronger.

2. The second way is the theft of wine materials at the winery. More precisely, not outright theft, but an acquisition at a very low price through its own channels. The worst thing is that then many of these thieves - sellers offer wines under the brand of the same wineries. And they even poke some papers, certificates, and other documents in the nose. Indeed, most vacationers do not visit Taman wineries and therefore it is very tempting for them to buy "real Taman wine".

Such impostors discredit the Kuban factories, because they sell a product that is obviously inferior in quality under their brand. Here is a cynical revelation of one of these hucksters, who has a permanent point near the Abrau-Dyurso winery:
"Well, these fuckers, these tourists, well, just like children, gee-gee! I take wine for 40 rubles a liter (a 10-liter package, which can be easily purchased in many wine stores in the Kuban - author's note) and then pour it in 1.5 l. bottle and sell for 120 rubles. Well, of course, I'll splash a little water. And what - it will only be useful for them, gee-gee! They are all fools! Come here, to the south, their eyes will bulge, give them real wine. LAZY go to the store to buy - well then take it from us, work on our pockets! And I still "rub it in" - this, they say, I just went to the factory, they say, they don't even bottle it, but from me already there. Exclusive, in short, gee-gee! "

Well, in that spirit. No comments are needed here.

3. "Produce" independently from wine concentrate (the so-called "powdered wine"). These are outright criminals who, in the wild, mix concentrate with water, akhar, citric acid, alcohol and other ingredients. These are very dangerous drinks for health and even life, since no one controls their contents. A lot of these "wines" are offered by good-looking grandmothers at roadside markets or private traders selling on large beaches.

As you can already notice, dear reader, none of the 3 types of a private trader evokes emotion, if you look deeper into its essence. The task of all these hucksters (and another word cannot be applied to them) is to take out money from vacationers by selling poison. What they sell cannot be called "wine"! This is a mixture of components unknown in origin and more or less hazardous to health. Unfortunately, the local authorities, represented primarily by the police and officials, do not fight this phenomenon. There are probably reasons ...

A few words about what is sold in specialized wine shops, cellars, and so on. In most cases, it is a surrogate. Even though they have both a license and conditions for sale. Almost everyone adds water to wine. This is done for the sake of obtaining super-profits. The owners of such points struggle a lot to get all the paperwork for the opening and give a lot of bribes. Because then, after the opening, the profit flows like a river! Especially in the summer and especially in the markets. I personally tasted an assortment of more than 50 similar outlets and came to the conclusion that they will not dilute it only in winter, when there are no tourists :) In summer, the quality drops so much that local residents are already afraid to buy on tap. Because water of unknown origin is poured into wine. Sometimes they sell generally "left" wine. Sellers in a confidential conversation told me that in the summer they are constantly brought completely incomprehensible materials, which they then sell on tap under the brand of famous Kuban wines. And it all gets away with it!

By the way, for the author of the article, such "tastings" of draft wines often ended in failure: 2 acute poisonings in Gelendzhik, several poisonings in Novorossiysk and Anapa. But since I deliberately went to such an experiment, it was easier for me. And it is very easy for an ordinary consumer to poison his vacation through a spill.

So if you really want to drink draft wine, then buy it at least in stores in tetrapacks of 3, 5 and 10 liters. Today, many factories in the Kuban offer their products in such packaging.

Well, a more correct option is to buy ONLY BOTTLED WINE. And preferably at wineries. If you have already reached the Kuban, then do not be too lazy to visit at least 2-3 factories and buy wine in a company store (at the factory). Or even before visiting the winery with a guided tour. This is the only way to get an idea of the truly Kuban wines and avoid troubles from draft surrogates.

The naturalness of the wine is often questioned by the consumer. In the world of artificiality, it is easier to mix different ingredients and make a profit right away than to engage in wine production. This is a laborious process - to grow grapes, pick them on time, squeeze out the juice, let them brew, and so on. Therefore, real wine cannot be cheap. But how do you buy real wine? How to choose a quality one from a huge range of wines on store shelves?

How to check wine for naturalness at home

It is practically impossible to check the wine in the store, the producers try to write the composition in small print, write something incomprehensible to consumers. Therefore, you can choose a brand of wine either from the reviews of friends or written on the Internet. Having made a choice in favor of a certain kind of wine, it is not a fact that you will buy a natural one. You can check for natural ingredients at home:

We check the taste, smell and find out why the tasters are spinning the wine

By taste it is difficult, even almost unrealistic, to define a wine, if you have not tried this type of wine several times before. But by smell, you can try to distinguish a fake. We open the wine and let the bottle stand for 30 minutes. The smell of alcohol in real wine should evaporate and a fragrant bouquet of odors should remain. A fake that is made with the addition of alcohol will still smell like alcohol.

We opened a bottle of wine and smelled vinegar - it is better to pour out such a liquid, there is no need to risk it. Wine, if not stored properly, gained access to air and fermented. This property of spoilage is most susceptible to homemade wine. Factory wines are made under harsh technological conditions and the process of turning wine into vinegar is practically excluded.

Pour some wine into a glass and start rotating in a circular motion, tilting the glass slightly. The wine will begin to spread in a thin layer around the edges of the glass. Now stop spinning and watch the wine flow from the edges to the center of the glass. Real wine flows slowly, leaving a thin film behind. Wine from the powder will drain quickly and without traces. Film thickness indicates the age of the wine, the thinner, the older the wine.

Conclusion

Make your choice wisely, don't go after a bargain. Make a purchase in large chain stores, give preference to varieties that are heard by everyone. Choose a bottle with a cork stopper. Check the composition, the grape variety, vintage, etc. should be indicated. The more information the better. And remember, real wine contains a bunch of useful vitamins and minerals. Good for your health in small amounts.

In Dederkoy, homemade wine is sold in almost every house. The locals make the highest quality wine for themselves, their friends and their vacationers, and what is worse - for sale to passing tourists. You can't recognize a bad wine by its appearance, and it doesn't taste much different from a good one. Therefore, if you are not a taster in the fifth generation, then it is almost impossible to distinguish a fake.

You will understand that the wine is burnt in the morning - headaches, nausea, abdominal pains, loose stools and so on. To avoid all this, you need to remember a few simple rules when buying homemade wine... Firstly, do not buy wine in the first houses you come across on the way to the sea and in the market near the beach - this is 100% slag. Secondly, consult with the owners of the hotel in which you live, they will not recommend bad things. After all, it is in their interests that you come to their hotel every summer.

The main principle that you need to adhere to when buying wine in stores is to take only in bottles. No cardboard bags, three-liter cans and lemonade-and-a-halfshek. Also read the composition carefully. alcoholic beverage... If the bottle does not say "natural wine", then look for a catch. Usually on powdered wines words like "special wine" are written.

It is better to take wine with the brand of a well-known manufacturer. In small southern shops, sellers usually recommend themselves which local factories are in demand. But if the seller turns out to be a bad person and his goods are stale, he will surely sell you wine from the series: "Krasnodar Poison Wines Plant OJSC," Caucasian Shampoo Wines Plant LLC ", etc.

Pay attention to the price. If the price is too low, then you have a surrogate in front of you. Since it takes quite a lot of money to make real wine, this drink cannot cost less than 110 rubles. retail for 0.7 liters. In addition, the "powder" wine will not have an aging indication and cannot be branded. Low-quality wine does not have a specific aftertaste, which is natural. This drink has a sweetish taste and aromatic scent of compote. Most often, sweet, semi-sweet and semi-dry wines are counterfeited. Dry wines are almost never counterfeited, so it is expensive and dreary.

Powdered wine can be calculated among natural and "by eye". Turn the bottle over and look at the sediment: if there is a lot of it and the consistency is loose, you should know that this is a fake. Real wine allows for sediment, but there is little and it is denser.

Although the production and sale of "powder" wine is prohibited in Russia, but, unfortunately, the counters of our stores are teeming with this false product. If you do not want to make the wrong choice when buying, consider the above tips.
