Ingredients:

Hot sandwiches with pink salmon

Ingredients:

  • white bread,
  • butter,
  • fillet of fresh pink salmon,
  • hard cheese
  • mayonnaise,
  • green onion.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the fish fillets, dry and cut into medium portion cubes.
  2. Grate the hard cheese and mix it with mayonnaise until a smooth, medium-thick paste is obtained.
  3. Cut the bread into pieces of any geometric shape (these can be circles, ovals, rhombuses, triangles or squares). Preheat the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
