Turkey goulash with vegetables

An affordable recipe with a minimal set of products that can be classified as traditional. Cooking turkey goulash with vegetables. To do this, take 500 grams of medium-sized potatoes, 750 grams of turkey breast, 2 zucchini, 3 sweet peppers, half a kilogram of tomatoes, one onion, rosemary (any), 10 grams of flour, bay leaf, spices, water or vegetable broth. We will cook using ghee (20 grams). First, peel the potatoes, cut them in half and boil them for 15 minutes. Then we drain the water. We wash and dry the meat. Cut it into medium-sized cubes. Peel and cut all remaining vegetables into arbitrary pieces. Chop the onion into small cubes. In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry the meat.

Then add the onion, and after a while the spices, bay leaves and rosemary. Stir the turkey goulash and add all the vegetables. Sprinkle flour on the dish and stir. Now pour in water or vegetable broth and wait for the goulash to boil. Then close the pan with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. After that, add the potatoes and mix again. Taste it, add salt and pepper to taste and turn it off. Turkey goulash is ready.

Turkey in a creamy sauce

This dish makes the meat even more tender thanks to the excellent sauce. Mushrooms are a great addition to turkey goulash with sour cream, which can be replaced with cream for a silky texture. For cooking, we take 700 grams of turkey meat, half a small spoonful of honey, sea salt (pinch), ground pepper, 300 grams of mushrooms (champignons), two large onions, 200 milliliters of milk and sour cream (cream), butter and olive oil, salt and a bay leaf.

We wash the meat and cut into pieces, but not very small. Put them in a bowl, salt, pepper and add honey and olive oil. Stir and let it marinate. In the meantime, rinse and cut mushrooms of any size. We put them in a frying pan and fry to evaporate the liquid. Peel the onion and leave the upper scales. Cut the rest of the onion, add to the mushrooms and simmer. Separately, pour milk into a saucepan and add a bay leaf and the remaining onion scales to it. Bring to a boil and remove excess ingredients. Fry flour and butter in a dry frying pan, add a little hot milk and stir until the mass becomes homogeneous. Pour it into a saucepan and whisk lightly with a whisk. Cook the sauce for about 2 minutes, until thick. Add a little butter to the mushrooms, turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Fry the turkey meat in a dry frying pan until a beautiful crust. We spread them on a baking sheet, and put a layer of mushrooms on top. Pour spices and dry herbs (optional) into the sauce and pour the meat into them. Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 40 minutes until tender. It turns out a tender and aromatic turkey goulash.

Unusual recipe

This turkey goulash with mushrooms can be called original. It contains non-traditional ingredients that add flavor and aroma to the dish. We take 500 grams of turkey, 300 grams of mushrooms (any, but better than champignons), 250 milliliters of cream (fatty), 150 milliliters of chicken broth and white wine, a spoonful of flour, three tablespoons of mustard, tarragon, 2 tablespoons of orange juice and vegetable oil, one onion and 1 clove of garlic and spices.

The cooking process is very simple. Chop the onion and garlic very finely. Peel the mushrooms and cut them not too large. We also cut the fillet into small pieces and fry in a saucepan in vegetable oil. We put it in a separate bowl. Fry onions with mushrooms in the same container. Add the spices and put the meat back into the pot. Fill the goulash with wine, cream and broth. Simmer the meat for about 10 minutes. Put the mustard in a saucepan and pour in the juice. Then add flour and wait until it boils. At the end, pour in tarragon.

Goulash in a slow cooker

In a multicooker, you can cook turkey meat very quickly and without any problems. This recipe is suitable even for novice housewives. To make the dish more tender, you can use a marinade. To do this, use soy sauce, sour cream, cream or juices.

Add some spices and herbs for a flavorful dish. Cooking turkey goulash in a slow cooker in Tatar style. You will need 500 grams of poultry meat, 4 pickled cucumbers, one medium-sized carrot, two sweet peppers, 3 ripe tomatoes, 2 onions, two large tablespoons of tomato paste and spices (pepper, hops-suneli, and whatever you wish).

It will take a little time to prepare all the ingredients, and the technician will do the rest. Cut the meat into medium pieces and fry in a slow cooker, adding a little vegetable oil. We set the baking or frying mode. Cut the onions and carrots into random pieces, but not coarsely. We spread the vegetables to the meat and fry for about 5 minutes. Blanch the tomatoes and peel them off. We cut them and sweet pepper into cubes and put in a slow cooker. Add spices and tomato paste. Fry for another 10 minutes. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Pour in a glass of water and set the extinguishing mode. Cooking turkey goulash in a slow cooker for one hour.
