Pork rolls with cheese- an excellent hot appetizer for a festive table, which can be cooked both in a frying pan and in a slow cooker, in the microwave or by baking in the oven. Such pork is a close relative of Ukrainian kruchenikov, only differ from them in the absence of sauce.

The pork rolls with cheese, the step-by-step recipe for which I have prepared, turn out to be very juicy, and they are prepared very quickly and easily. In this article, you will find three recipes for making delicious pork rolls.

Ingredients:

  • Pork - 400 gr.,
  • Hard cheese -200 gr.,
  • Mayonnaise -100 gr.,
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Salt,
  • Sunflower oil.

Pork rolls with cheese - recipe

Rinse the slightly thawed piece of pulp under cold water. After that, dip it with napkins to get rid of excess moisture. Cut the meat into thin rectangles. The dimensions of the rectangles for rolls should be approximately 15 by 10 cm.

For the filling of the rolls, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

On a cutting board, beat the pork pieces one by one with a chop hammer. Sprinkle the beaten piece of pork with a little salt.

Apply mayonnaise to it.

Sprinkle a piece of pork with grated cheese. Sprinkle the cheese with black pepper.

Bend the meat on both sides inward, then wrap it in a roll.

Thus, roll up all the pork and cheese rolls.

To fry pork rolls, heat the skillet well with a little sunflower oil. Once the butter is hot, place the pork rolls in the pan. We lay them out with the seam down. Due to the high temperature of the pans, the meat proteins will curl up and hold the sides of the rolls tightly together.

After 3-4 minutes, after the pork bottom with cheese is baked and browned, turn them upside down. Fry them on this side too. Due to the fact that the layers of meat are very thin, in total it will take no more than 7 minutes to fry one portion (pan) of rolls with cheese.
