In general, turkey meat is not only very healthy and dietary, but also incredibly tasty. But it is important to cook it correctly so that it does not turn out dry. Many housewives refuse this. delicious product precisely because there is a high probability that the meat will turn out to be dry. Today I will tell you how to properly cook a turkey and you will definitely get a delicious and juicy dish.

Add the onion (I always use more onions), this time I lost one large onion. It should be cut based on your taste preferences, if in your family onions are not very fond of, then cut finely, you can generally use a grater. We love onions very much, so I have cut them quite coarsely. But, I want to note that in ready dish it is not very noticeable.
Then add pepper, salt and garlic. I don't add eggs and bread to cutlets and meatballs, but it's a matter of taste.



We mix everything. But we do it carefully so as not to spoil the texture of the minced meat. We just mix the ingredients, not knead the "dough".



Now we form the meatballs, they turned out to be slightly larger than average. From 500 gr. minced meat came out 9 meatballs.
We send them to a preheated pan. I don't use oil, but here again it's a matter of taste.
I add a little water to the meatballs so that they don't stick. I fry from all sides, but not until cooked, but so that they grab.



Now turn down the heat, add some water and close the lid. By the way, instead of water, at this stage of cooking, you can add cream or sour cream ... you get the most delicate cream sauce... But that is another story. 😊
We give the meatballs to reach and turn off the fire.
To prevent the turkey meat from being dry, it is important to cook it not over high heat and monitor the cooking time. I cut it to a minimum, by heat treatment takes 15 minutes to complete. Thanks to this, the meatballs are very juicy and tasty.


Now you need to prepare a side dish, I really love buckwheat with vegetables.
I boil vegetables until aldente, lightly grease the pan olive oil and fry vegetables with garlic. Today I decided to take green beans and brussels sprouts. Garlic perfectly enhances the flavor of these vegetables and adds unique notes.

Here's what we ended up with. Trust me, it's incredibly tasty and healthy. As I wrote above, this dish is perfect for dinner, because it contains both protein and fiber.
My boyfriend also enjoyed this dish with great appetite and noted that the taste was simply amazing.
