Potato zrazy with minced meat - 6 recipes

Zrazy with minced meat is also called “reverse cutlets”. They are based on potatoes, and meat is used as a filling. Potato zrazy with minced meat are prepared in different ways. You can use an oven for this.

Ingredients: a kilo of potatoes, salt, 1 tbsp. white flour, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of crackers, a pinch of nutmeg, an egg, half a liter of water, an onion, 420 g of any minced meat, spices.

  1. First, the onion is cut into cubes and sautéed in any fat. Minced meat is added to the already gilded vegetable. The mass is salted, flavored with spices. Together, the products are languishing until the meat is cooked.

Ingredients: 1.5 kilos of potatoes, 70 g of butter, half a kilo of minced chicken, onion, half a glass of wheat flour, salt.

  1. The potatoes are cooked until soft in salted water, cooled and passed through a meat grinder with butter. Flour is added to the puree so that the mass begins to form well.
  2. Minced meat is fried in a skillet along with finely chopped onions.
  3. Products with meat filling are formed from potatoes.
  4. Zrazy with minced chicken should be fried in a large amount of butter.

The dish is served with sour cream or any other sauce.

Quick zrazy with minced meat in a pan

Ingredients: a kilo of potatoes, 3 onions, an egg, 460 g of minced meat, a full glass of high-grade flour, a handful of rusks, salt, herbs of Provence, half a glass of refined oil.

  1. Potatoes are washed, peeled and cooked in salted water until cooked. For flavor, you can add a couple of bay leaves to the water.
  2. The finished potatoes are kneaded with a crush. To make it easy to sculpt zrazy from the base in the future, flour and all refined oil are added to it. An egg is driven in there. If necessary, you can pour in a little of the broth left over after cooking the potatoes.
  3. The onion is crushed, after which it is sent to the pan along with the minced meat. It is kneaded with a spatula so that large pieces do not come across. The ingredients are fried until the minced meat is fully cooked. The mass is immediately salted, flavored with Provencal herbs.
