We all know that the festive menu is the visiting card of every housewife, and we try our best: we don’t skimp on good products, we don’t spare time for cooking treats.

How often do we make meat rolls with all kinds of fillings! And sometimes there is simply not enough imagination to come up with something new and to please loved ones and guests, to show off their culinary fantasies. Our recipe for a mini roll with an unusual filling will come to the rescue.

An unusual highlight in this recipe will be Korean carrots, which are used as the main filling of rolls. Korean carrots will make the dish tender, juicy and add beautiful and bright colors to the dish. Pork is marinated with French mustard and aromatic Provencal herbs, thanks to which the meat reveals its secret flavor properties.

6. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the sunflower oil and place our mini rolls.
7. In a preheated oven, bake mini-rolls for about 45-50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
