Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups water

Pour the cereals, previously dried in a frying pan, into salted water brought to a boil and cook until thickened for about 15-20 minutes. Then you can wrap the pan in a blanket or put the porridge in a water bath (pour hot water into the pan and put a pot of porridge in it) and simmer on the stove or in the oven for about 30 minutes so that the porridge becomes crumbly. Add butter for full flavor or vegetable oil if you stick to it.

You can fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil and add to lean porridge, it will be very tasty.

Wheat porridge with milk

Such porridge is usually cooked for children, and so that they eat with pleasure, you can draw something on a plate with jam.

Ingredients:

2 If desired, add any frozen vegetables (for example, a ready-made mixture of vegetables, you can put cauliflower or broccoli - whoever likes what), distribute evenly over the cereals on top.

3 We wash the chicken and separate it from the bone. Any chicken meat is suitable, be it fillet or removed from the drumsticks. I bought chicken meat for chakhokhbili and separated it from the bone. Cut into large pieces and spread evenly into the pan. Salt and add your favorite seasonings.

4 Cover the chicken with onion cut into half rings, add a little mayonnaise to the onion to make it more juicy. If you don't like mayonnaise, replace it with sour cream.

5 Sprinkle with grated cheese.

6 Now carefully pour in 1 cup of hot salted boiled water along the edges of the pan.

Cover the pan with foil and put in the oven at 180 degrees.

We keep it under the foil for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and let it brown for another 15-20 minutes.

Chop the onion coarsely with feathers and fry until soft in a pan with vegetable oil.

Cut the carrots into large strips, add to the onion.

Cut the cloves of garlic into 2-3 pieces lengthwise, add almost immediately after the carrots. Using a mill, add black ground pepper, it will add flavor to the dish.

Cut the prunes into two parts or three, if it is large. Add to vegetables, sprinkle 1 tsp sugar on top without a slide, mix, leave for 2-3 minutes. Dilute 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in ½ glass of water, pour into vegetables, and simmer until the liquid boils down, salt to taste.

Cut the meat into even pieces and fry slightly separately from the vegetables.

Now crumb butter into a dry frying pan and distribute it evenly. Put the cereals, pieces of meat on top, add salt, lavrushka and vegetables on top.

Gently pour 2.5 cups of salted water, brought to a boil.

Close with a lid or foil.
