Vinegar is a versatile product. With it, you can fry in a pan, and bake in the oven and cook on the grill.

You will need:

  • chicken carcass;
  • salt to taste;
  • one onion;
  • a few cloves of garlic;
  • sugar;
  • vinegar 9%.

Step by step cooking:

  1. The insidiousness of vinegar is that in large dosages it can dry out the food, and it will become tough and tasteless. Therefore, you should not take a product with a consistency of more than 9%.
  2. Remove the husk from the garlic and onion and run through a grater.
  3. It is recommended to dilute vinegar with water.
  4. Combine vinegar liquid, chopped onion with garlic, pepper, sugar and salt in a common bowl.
  5. Mix everything well and remove for 30 minutes in another place.
  6. The chicken can be cut into pieces and dipped in the marinade for 2 hours.
  7. Keep track of the time and try not to overexpose the meat for longer than the prescribed period.
  8. Now you can start baking.

Honey and soy sauce

Wings or legs can be served with this sauce.

  • soy sauce - 125 ml;
  • salt and black pepper to taste;
  • honey - 150 ml;
  • 5 cloves of garlic;

How to make a chicken drumstick marinade:

  1. Rub the poultry with salt, spices and ground pepper and set aside for a few minutes.
  2. Combine runny honey, crushed garlic and soy sauce.
  3. Turn on the oven in advance.
  4. Dip one leg of chicken in the marinade and place on the baking foil.
  5. Pour the remaining liquid into the chicken paper.
  6. Put the wrapped meat on a baking sheet and begin to bake.

Required Ingredients:

  • chicken drumsticks - 1.3 kg;
  • four cloves of garlic;
  • sour cream - 250 gr;
  • parsley;
  • ground pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • one lemon;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • dried oregano - 7 gr.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Grate the lemon zest.
  2. Cut its pulp and squeeze out the juice.
  3. Finely chop the washed greens with a knife.
  4. Crush the peeled garlic cloves into a homogeneous mass.
  5. Pour lemon juice, oil into sour cream, add oregano, pepper and salt. We mix everything. We chop the greens.
  6. We transfer the chicken to a bag, carefully pour the resulting marinade there.
  7. We put the bird in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  8. Put the poultry meat into the prepared baking sheet, fill it with the rest of the marinade from the bag.

In wine and mustard sauce

This sauce gives the dish a special piquancy and sophistication. The chicken is juicy and just melts in your mouth.

Basic products:

  • chicken breast - 4 pcs.;
  • three garlic cloves;
  • olive oil - 30 ml;
  • white wine - 100 ml;
  • pepper to taste;
  • butter - 50 gr;
  • cream - 40 gr;
  • salt - 6 g;
  • mustard - 40 gr;
  • chicken broth - 50 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut each breast in half across. As a result, you get 8 slices.
  2. Rub the pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry them in olive oil on both sides.
  4. After the skillet is empty, leave the oil alone and fry the chopped garlic in it for one minute.
  5. After that, pour the wine there.
  6. After the liquid has reduced in volume by half, add the mustard and pour in the cream.
  7. Simmer for another 2 minutes and then add the chicken stock to the pan.
  8. Place the chicken fillet wedges in the marinade and cook for 5 minutes.

A quick and delicious recipe with kefir

If you do not have time to infuse the chicken marinade for several hours, then a very simple and delicious sauce option will come in handy.

Grocery list:

  • kefir - 0.5 l;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • mustard - 10 gr;
  • basil and black pepper to taste.

How to make a quick chicken marinade:

  1. The garlic must be peeled and finely chopped.
  2. Crumble it into a bowl of kefir.
  3. Pour oil there, put mustard and seasoning.
  4. Bring the mass to homogeneity.
  5. Now it remains to dip the chicken in the sauce and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  6. After that, you can start baking.

Chicken in orange marinade

Orange sauce creates a unique flavor. Chicken is tender and juicy with a crispy golden crust on the outside.

You will need:

  • chicken carcass;
  • soy sauce - 120 ml;
  • honey - 25 ml;
  • one orange;
  • ground paprika - 6 gr;
  • olive oil - 35 ml;
  • a mixture of red and black pepper - 2 pinches.

Step-by-step cooking:

  1. Chicken, washed and dried with napkins, must be grated with a mixture of peppers.
  2. Divide the orange in half, remove the seeds and squeeze the juice into a separate bowl.
  3. Put honey and soy sauce and olive oil there.
  4. Stir the mixture until the honey is completely dissolved.
  5. Place the carcass in a baking dish and pour the prepared marinade over this magnificence.

Ingredients:

  • water - 1 l;
  • salt - 7 gr;
  • one chicken carcass;
  • three lemons;
  • four cloves of garlic;
  • olive oil - 50 ml;
  • black pepper and any spices of your choice.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Cut the chicken into portions and soak in salted water for 40 minutes.
  2. Put lemon wedges, peeled garlic and spices into a blender.
  3. Grind everything until smooth.
  4. Remove the poultry pieces from the brine and rinse them with clean water.
  5. Transfer them to a deep bowl and cover with lemon marinade.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid and set aside for two hours.
  7. Remove the chicken wedges from the sauce and bake at 200 degrees.
  8. To prevent the meat from getting dry, it is recommended to take out the chicken several times and grease it with the rest of the sauce.

  • ketchup - 40 gr;
  • soy sauce - 100 gr;
  • five cloves of garlic;
  • corn starch - 12 g;
  • sugar - 40 gr;
  • ground red pepper - 6 gr.

Cooking subtleties:

  1. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, granulated sugar and water in a common bowl.
  2. Fill the fillets with the resulting marinade, cut into small cubes.
  3. Close the meat in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the peeled garlic cloves.
  5. Remove the chicken pieces from the sauce and put them in the pan, where we fry them for 5 minutes.
  6. After them, fry the chopped garlic.
  7. Do not pour the sauce, but add starch and red pepper to it.
  8. Pour the marinade into the pan with the garlic and put the meat there.
  9. Cook for another 2 minutes.
