Lula kebab from minced chicken

Lula kebab can be cooked at home, in a frying pan, and use liquid smoke to give it the taste and smell of a fire. You do not need to use too much smoke, just lightly season the minced meat. To make the lula juicy and not crumble when frying, the minced meat must be beaten off. For juiciness, you can take not only chicken breast, but also other chicken meat, only without skin and bones.

So we need the following products:

Rinse the chicken, dry and cut into small pieces. There should be no excess liquid.

Chop the onion and parsley by hand. It is important to do this without any adaptations so that the onions do not let the juice prematurely. Finely chop the hot pepper.

Make minced meat from chicken. Mix it with chopped onion and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped hot pepper.

Mix the minced meat well and beat off. They beat off the minced meat by lifting it over the dishes and throwing it abruptly. This must be done at least 20 times, then it will change its structure.

Form a lula from the minced meat with wet hands. They should be small and narrow, no more than 5 cm in length.

Fry the lula in a little vegetable oil. It is best to do this on a non-stick surface so that the oil is needed as little as possible.

You need to pickle the onions in advance for serving. To do this, rinse it under cold water and pour a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

When serving, put hot lula on a dish, be sure to put pickled onions next to it, sprinkle with herbs and pomegranate. You can sprinkle with sumac.
