How to make chicken roll in a plastic bottle - gelatin recipe

I am sure of only one thing it will turn out so tasty that you may not swallow your tongue, but the gift of speech will definitely lose for a while. You will publish only voluptuous mooing, and shake your head with pleasure, slightly covering your eyes.

How to make yourself pleasant I will tell you clearly

  • Plastic bottle;
  • one chicken 1.5 kg. or 800 gr. chicken fillet;
  • 200 gr. green peas;
  • one onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 50 gr. butter;
  • glass of water;
  • ½ tsp black pepper;
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs;
  • salt.

I use water-diluted gelatin as the binder in my chicken roll recipe. I draw your attention to the fact that no more liquids are added to the appetizer with the exception of the juice released during stewing from the chicken.

You can choose the spices for the roll yourself. But I would still recommend paying attention to the mixture of Italian herbs. They are quite appropriate in this case. Light, not burdensome aroma is successfully combined with the taste of chicken fillet.

Instead of a bottle, you can also use a regular plastic bag, cling film or foil. But then it will be more difficult to work with the roll, and if the tightness is broken, the gelatinous mass will flow out. Do we really need such an embarrassment? By using a bottle to form a chicken roll, you will avoid trouble - this is the most optimal and easy way to prepare a snack.

Homemade roll recipe

The ingredients of the recipe indicate that both meat already separated from the bone and whole chicken are suitable for the roll. If you have not yet chopped poultry, then nothing will actually change in the way of cooking the dish, except for the moment when you have to yourself, but this will need to be done only after the chicken has been stewed. Well, in the meantime, I'm getting started.



























  1. Immediately pour all the gelatin with a glass of warm water. While I am doing the rest, it will swell.
  2. I cut the chicken into smaller pieces.
  3. I put them in a frying pan. Note that no fat should be added.... Next, I close the dishes with a lid and simmer the chicken for 40 minutes over low heat. Juice begins to stand out, which at the end of cooking should remain in the pan about half a glass.
  4. Ten minutes before the end of stewing, add salt, pepper and spices. Then I remove the finished fillet from the heat. Let it cool down a little.
  5. When the chicken was cooking, I sautéed finely chopped onions and garlic in butter. If you use vegetable oil for frying vegetables, there may be a problem with the roll hardening.
  6. I bring the swollen gelatin to a liquid state in a water bath.
  7. I cut the chicken fillet into smaller pieces.
  8. I add onion and garlic fry to it.
  9. I pour in green peas. Pour all the juice left over from stewing the chicken from the pan and stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  10. I pour in the diluted gelatin. As you can see in the photo, there should be enough liquid so that it reaches the top of the products. But at the same time, they did not swim in it. If not enough, top up with green pea marinade. This is exactly what I did. Among other things, this will give the chicken roll an additional tasty quality.

Bottle preparation and product placement









  1. I cut off the top of the bottle.
  2. I transfer the contents of the bowl into it.
  3. I take a crush and lightly crush the chicken, thereby expelling the air trapped between its pieces.
  4. I put a bottle of chicken gelatin platter in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. This time is enough for the roll to solidify completely.
  5. Then I carefully cut the plastic container.

I shift the appetizer into a suitable dish, cut it into portioned pieces and, with a sense of accomplishment, smear it with mustard.

I'm not a serious guy and a fan of smelling. We need to empty the bottles tomorrow for a roll. Stew more chickens, pour gelatin over them and do not go for sausage for as long as possible. All products are natural, the benefits are overflowing! My recipe is universal, add what you want. Corn, greens, bacon and carrots, finally. If there is not enough of it, then cut the cucumber. Want more meat? Stir in the carbonate. The taste is only getting thinner, you can't compare cervelat with it!
