Turkey meat is a low-calorie, low-allergenic and dietary product.

Minced turkey meat produces tender and tasty cutlets that the whole family will love. And if you steam them and stew them in a creamy sauce, you simply cannot tear yourself away from such a yummy!

To cook turkey cutlets in a slow cooker you need:

  • Ground turkey meat - 600 grams;
  • White bread - 1-2 pieces (no crust);
  • Milk - 50 grams;
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Carrots - 1 small;
  • Onions - 1 piece;
  • Potato - 1 small;
  • Salt, black pepper;
  • Flour or bread crumbs.

For gravy:

  • Homemade fat sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Salt, bay leaves.

Cooking in steps:

Separate the bread from the crust and fill it with milk.
Grate the carrots and potatoes on a fine grater, and cut the onions into cubes.
If you are making minced meat yourself, it is best to mince the onions and potatoes along with the meat.
Mix the minced meat, egg, grated carrots, potatoes, onions and softened bread.
Salt, add black pepper and mix.

We form cutlets and roll in flour.
We turn on the multicooker, pour in the vegetable oil and lay out the cutlets.

There were a lot of cutlets, so I fried some at the bottom, and put the rest in a double boiler.
It is very convenient, time-saving and you get an assortment: fried and steam cutlets for everyone.
We set the "Baking" mode for 25 minutes and close the lid.
After 10-15 minutes, remove the steamer, turn the cutlets underneath and put everything back.

While the multicooker was preparing cutlets, my youngest son and I managed to have breakfast and get ready to go outside.

After the signal, put all the cutlets into the multicooker bowl and fill with the sauce.
For the sauce, I had homemade sour cream, salt, bay leaf, and some water.
Homemade sour cream is very good for baking, but if you don't have it, you can replace it with cream.
We expose the program "Quenching" for 1 hour and go outside to work up an appetite;).
