Turkey with mushrooms in sour cream is a delicious and simple dish for every day. You can experiment with any mushrooms, from simple champignons to noble porcini mushrooms, thus getting a new taste of the dish. I used champignons, having previously decided to fry them. In my opinion, it turns out to be tastier. This dish is great to serve for breakfast or dinner with any side dish.

To prepare turkey with mushrooms in sour cream, prepare all the necessary products.

Cut the turkey fillet into 2 cm pieces.

Combine the spices and sprinkle on the sliced meat.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey fillets until golden brown on all sides. Then add salt to the meat.

Add pre-fried mushrooms and sour cream. If you use raw mushrooms, then first fry them with turkey and only then add sour cream.

Add boiling water to the pan, mix all the contents and cook for 15 minutes. At the very end, add chopped garlic to the pan, cover again and remove from heat.

After 10 minutes, a wonderful turkey with mushrooms in sour cream can be served. I have a serving of mashed potatoes.

Bon Appetit!
