  • Baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • Salt, vanillin.

How to make grated shortbread jam pie:

  1. Mix flour, vanillin, baking powder in a separate container.
  2. Mix eggs and sugar in another container.
  3. Add butter to a bowl of flour and mix until a homogeneous crumb is obtained. Add eggs with sugar. Knead the elastic dough.
  4. Divide the resulting dough into two halves, one of which is rolled out to the size of the baking sheet. Wrap the second part in foil, leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  7. On top of the jam, grate the second part of the chilled dough. We bake in the oven for 30 minutes (temperature 200 0).

  5. Rub 5 balls of dough evenly on a baking sheet (or in a mold).
  6. Put the filling on the dough. Rub the remaining 3 balls on top.
  7. We send the cake to the oven for half an hour (temperature 200 0).

How to make grated jam pie:

  1. Sift flour, add baking powder and sugar.
  2. Mix the softened butter with flour until a homogeneous crumb is obtained.
  3. We grease the form of the multicooker well with oil. Put 2/3 of the crumb-like dough into a mold, flatten.
  4. Put the jam on the dough. Fill on top with the remaining dough.
  5. We set the "Baking" program on the multicooker, we will bake for 25 minutes.
