  2. Melt butter or margarine in a water bath. Whisk eggs and granulated sugar (3 tablespoons) until smooth.
  3. The yeast should already rise, pour the contents of the glass into a deep bowl. Add the remaining milk there, carefully pour the eggs there, add salt.
  4. Pour the sifted flour in small portions, it will take so much flour so that the dough sticks a little to your hands. If you are sifting flour, the dough will turn out delicious, airy, fluffy. If you knead coarse pastry, the bun may not rise.
  5. Cover the dough with a towel, let it stand in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
  6. When done, divide the dough into two halves.
  7. Grease the surface on which you will roll out the dough with vegetable oil. Lubricating the rolling pin will also not be superfluous. Roll out the pastry 2 mm thick. Apply the melted butter ahead of time with a brush on the butter dough. Cut the dough into bun balls.
  8. Put the products on a baking sheet, leave for 15 minutes.
  9. You can use the yolk on a culinary brush to anoint the buns on top. While you are sending one batch to the oven, roll out the remaining dough.
  10. Cooking is quick - in literally 10 minutes, the buns are ready, by this time you need to cook the next batch.

The readiness of the buns is checked with a toothpick. Cover the finished buns with a towel and let them stand for another ten minutes.
