Combine meat, oranges and avocado. Pour in the dressing: lemon and orange juice, honey, olive oil. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

  • honey - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • pomegranate seeds for decoration

Rinse arugula well, tear into large pieces. Cut each grape in half. Peel and cut the avocado into slices. Coarsely chop the nuts. Cut the onion into thin rings. Marinate them in balsamic vinegar for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients. Decorate with pomegranate seeds.

"Leshy"

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts or fillets;
  • 400 g of pickled champignons;
  • 1 large onion
  • 0.5 cups chopped walnuts;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • green onions, parsley;
  • mayonnaise sauce.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the chicken in salted water, and after it has cooled down, finely chop.
  2. Hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water. Peel and grate.
  3. Grind the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Cut onion and mushrooms and fry until golden brown, season with salt.
  5. Chop the greens.
  6. Stir all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise.

This is an unusual salad, both on the side of the composition and in design, but at the same time it is very simple to prepare it. The main ingredient is squid meat. You can buy a frozen carcass or smoked squid. Depending on this, you get a different taste.

Components:

  • squid - about 300-400 g;
  • eggs - 2-3 pcs. (hard boiled);
  • processed cheese - 2 pcs.;
  • 1 onion;
  • mayonnaise;
  • olives and carrots - for decoration.

Tip: You can add 1 cucumber or apple to add freshness to the salad.

Preparation:

  1. Smoked meat is ready to eat, but ice cream will have to be thawed and boiled. The squid is not cooked for a long time - only 2 minutes. The meat should be dipped in boiling water already!

For those who are passionate about proper nutrition and are worried about their figure, the recipes from this section are best suited. They are low in calories, healthy, but tasty at the same time.

You will need:

  • celery - 3 stalks;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • 50 g of nuts;
  • 1 green apple;
  • turkey breast - 150 g;
  • cheese - 200 g;
  • grapes - 50 g;
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp;
  • garlic to taste;
  • sour cream - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Immediately it is necessary to prepare baskets in which we will lay out our food.

  • 200 g of cheese is enough for about 2 baskets. We rub it on a coarse grater and divide it into 2 parts. At this stage, you can add garlic, then the basket will be fragrant.

  • Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cheese circle in a not very thick layer.

  • We send the baking sheet to the preheated oven for a few minutes so that the cheese melts, but does not burn. Until the cheese mass has frozen, you need to make a basket out of it. For this you need a bank. Pick up the parchment and place it on top of the can, creating the necessary shape, as shown in the photo.

  • Beijing and red cabbage - 0.5 heads of cabbage each;
  • a little dill;
  • small pomegranate;
  • olive oil;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • wine or apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method:

  1. Chop the red cabbage with a shredder or knife. Salt it and shake it with your hands to soften it. There is no need to crumple Beijing.
  2. Chop the dill (it is convenient to do this with scissors).
  3. Extract the grains from the pomegranate. To do this, cut the peel crosswise and break the fruit into several pieces. Be sure to remove the white film.
  4. We combine the components, add a little, add vinegar and oil, and mix thoroughly. Ready!

  • chicken breast - 1-2 pcs., depending on the size;
  • a handful of baby spinach;
  • red onion - half;
  • strawberries - 5-7 pcs.;

  1. First you need to marinate the meat. Prepare a marinade from the listed products and dip the whole breast in it. Leave it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Fry the meat (you can whole) in olive oil until cooked through. The vinegar will give the meat a nice brown crust.
  3. Place the well-washed spinach leaves in a bowl. Add the onion cut into half rings.
  4. Cut out the pulp from the avocado. To do this, it is convenient to first make transverse cuts, and then remove the pulp with a spoon.
  5. Divide strawberries into 2 parts and combine prepared foods, except meat. We fill them with the same marinade.
  6. Sprinkle the salad with almond petals / sesame seeds and crush a small amount of feta cheese on top.
  7. At the end, lay out the chopped chicken.

  • frozen shrimp - 500 g;

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, 1 piece of chicken fillet, 2 eggs, 1 can of canned black beans, 1 medium tomato, 50 ml of natural yogurt, basil or any other spices, salt, freshly ground pepper to taste.

Preparation

  • Wash the avocado, dry it, cut it in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp, leaving a 3-4 mm layer on the walls. Be careful not to damage the peel. Since the Monkey loves fruits, they should take a special place on the festive table. Usually oranges, bananas and other sweet gifts of nature play rather a secondary role and act as an addition to the "sweet table": cake, sweets and pastries. Ingredients

1 small mango, 1 small pineapple (can be replaced with canned), 1 large or 2 medium kiwi, 1 passion fruit, 100 ml fresh orange juice, 50 ml fresh lime juice, a sprig of fresh mint, lemon balm, or leaves of both herbs.

Preparation

  • Wash, dry and peel the mango, pineapple and kiwi. Cut into small slices. If canned pineapple, drain in a colander and let the juice drain completely, and then chop. Stir.
  • Place the fruit mixture in a salad bowl. Wash passion fruit, dry, cut in half. Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp and place on top of the salad.
  • For dressing, combine orange and lime juice (the latter can be replaced with lemon juice, adding it to taste), mix thoroughly. If you wish, you can add a little liquid honey, it will set off the delicate taste of the dish.
  • Wash mint or lemon balm, dry, tear off the leaves and cut into thin strips. Sprinkle over the salad and serve.

Dressings for vegetable salads for 2016

The sauce should not be too thick! When it reaches the consistency of not very thin sour cream, pepper, stir and season the salad.

Spicy clove dressing

It goes best with salads, which are rich in tomatoes and herbs. This dressing can be prepared for future use - the ingredients are designed for a fairly large portion. If you don't want to risk it, divide the indicated amount in half.

  • Ingredients: 100 ml of liquid honey, 4 pcs. dry cloves, 300 ml of olive oil, 500 ml of balsamic vinegar.
  • Preparation: Combine vinegar and honey in a saucepan, add cloves. Put on fire, bring to a boil, cook for 20-25 minutes, until the amount of liquid is halved. Pour the oil (pre-cool it in the refrigerator) into a medium container. Add the previously boiled mixture. Before dressing the salad, beat the sauce with a whisk or fork.

Yogurt + greens

The best alternative to fatty sour cream and, moreover, mayonnaise. A big plus: it takes a couple of minutes to cook, and fresh herbs for this dressing can be grown on the windowsill. So even for the New Year, your salads will be seasoned with aromatic herbs just from the garden.

Ingredients: 2 tbsp finely chopped dill, 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions, 250 ml fat-free yogurt without additives.

Preparation: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper if desired, although the sauce will already have a rich flavor. Before seasoning the salad, let the yogurt with herbs stand in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

  • Ingredients: 100 ml thick culinary cream, 1 tsp. rum, 1 tbsp. icing sugar.
  • Preparation: combine cream with powder, beat with a mixer. Then add the rum and stir the sauce thoroughly until smooth.

Berry sauce

Great dressing for fruit salad. However, it can also be used as a sauce for ice cream or warm baked goods such as strudel or pie.

  • Ingredients: 100 g of any berries (fresh or frozen), 50 ml of water, 1 tsp. sugar, citric acid or concentrated lemon juice to taste.

  • Canned cod liver - 100 g
  • Green beans - 100 g
