1. Cut two onions into half rings and add to the container with the meat. One head remains for mushrooms.

3. Mushrooms, any kind you have, should be cut into small pieces and fried with a chopped onion until tender. Remember when we left one onion when marinating meat?

4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin circles, about half a centimeter.
