Moreover, in the fall, during the harvesting season of forest mushrooms, I cook mainly from them, in winter they are replaced by champignons. It is worth paying tribute to, the dishes are no worse than with forest mushrooms. To prove this, I bring to your court a salad with champignons, boiled sausage and eggs. Usually I put dried boletus in it, pre-washed and boiled. But somehow I had to quickly cook dinner, so there was no time to prepare porcini mushrooms, but fresh champignons lay in the refrigerator. We start by boiling carrots and eggs. We do this, for obvious reasons, in different saucepans. Before cooking, I do not peel the root crop, but simply rinse it thoroughly. We bring it to full readiness, but the eggs, on the contrary, are not overcooked. Boiled, held for 7 minutes, removed, put under cold water. Let the cooked components cool down.

My champignons, cut into thin slices.

Transfer to a hot skillet with sunflower oil. We keep for 2-3 minutes on high heat, just the time you will peel, wash and chop the onion. We throw it to the mushrooms, pour in a little more oil and fry everything over medium heat until golden brown, stirring constantly.

When the mushrooms with onions are ready, set aside and start picking the salad. We have it not flaky, so just chop and mix the ingredients. Cut the eggs into small pieces. But you don't need to chop them too finely.
