We take the chicken (it is better to leave it slightly frozen) and with a large sharp knife we ​​cut off part of the breast on one side, and then on the other. Thoroughly mix all the contents of the dish. Minced meat, if you can call it minced meat, should be something like pancake dough. Or be like little pieces of chicken fillet in batter. The main thing is that all the starch is dispersed evenly throughout the volume, without any lumps.
